    Application process

    Application Dossier Review

    As soon as we have received your complete application dossier, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, we strive to review the documents as quickly as possible. You can expect a response within three to five working days.

    Video Call

    In the next step, we would like to get a first personal impression of you. This informal call usually takes place with your future Team Leader and/or someone from the People & Culture department.

    On-Site Assessment

    After the video call, an Assessment Day follows at one of our local offices. This day offers an opportunity to get to know the team and the working atmosphere at Redguard. We eat lunch together and exchange ideas. In addition, you will gain insights into the daily tasks that await you with us.
